TSN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,564 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM168B, WDR33, and RMND5A. Each is linked with TSN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSN-to-partner and partner-to-TSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
