Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,594 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome segregation, Positive regulation of cell cycle process, and Transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling. Each is linked with TSN in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSN-to-partner and partner-to-TSN results are reported.
