TSN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,883 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF138, BATF, and ALG1L. Each is linked with TSN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSN-to-partner and partner-to-TSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
