Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSLP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSLP data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TSLP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSLP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where TSLP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
