Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSKS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSKS data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TSKS Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSKS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SARC, and MESO are the cancer types where TSKS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
