Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSHZ1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,215 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSHZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATE4, DGKB, and SRPX2. Each is linked with TSHZ1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHZ1-to-partner and partner-to-TSHZ1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSHZ1 versus PATE4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
