TSGA10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSGA10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,147 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSGA10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, MSI2, and RFX3_S155. Each is linked with TSGA10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSGA10-to-partner and partner-to-TSGA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSGA10 versus MYEF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSGA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSGA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
