Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSGA10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,777 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSGA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, GIPR, and OIP5. Each is linked with TSGA10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSGA10-to-partner and partner-to-TSGA10 results are reported.
