Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSGA10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSGA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, PRAS40_pT246, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with TSGA10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSGA10-to-partner and partner-to-TSGA10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by TSGA10-low versus TSGA10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSGA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSGA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
