TSGA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSGA10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 177 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSGA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF14, IL3, and PRAMEF10. Each is linked with TSGA10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSGA10-to-partner and partner-to-TSGA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF14 grouped by TSGA10-low versus TSGA10-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSGA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSGA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
