The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher TSEN54 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSEN54 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.
OV and BRCA are the cancer types where TSEN54 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
