Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSEN54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN54-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGGF1P8, CRLF3P2, and SNORD114-18. Each is linked with TSEN54 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN54-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN54 results are reported.
