Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSEN54 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN54-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, STAT3_pY705, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with TSEN54 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN54-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN54 results are reported.
