Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSEN34 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSEN34 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TSEN34 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSEN34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TSEN34 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
