TSEN34

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSEN34 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,258 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN34-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUS7, MCM8, and UCK2. Each is linked with TSEN34 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN34-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSEN34 versus PUS7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSEN34→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSEN34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
