Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSEN2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,878 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA 5'-end processing, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Response to misfolded protein. Each is linked with TSEN2P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN2P1-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN2P1 results are reported.
