TSEN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSEN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,631 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR18, WDR36, and DDX10. Each is linked with TSEN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN2-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSEN2 versus WDR18 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSEN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSEN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
