Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSEN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,185 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSEN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA-type intron splice site recognition and cleavage, tRNA metabolic process, and tRNA 3'-terminal CCA addition. Each is linked with TSEN2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN2-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN2 results are reported.
