The most reproducible TSEN15P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to mechanical stimulus, Immunoglobulin production involved in immunoglobulin-mediated immune response, and Regulation of cellular ketone metabolic process. Each is linked with TSEN15P3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSEN15P3-to-partner and partner-to-TSEN15P3 results are reported.
