Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSC22D4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSC22D4 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TSC22D4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSC22D4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and SARC are the cancer types where TSC22D4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
