Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSC22D4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSC22D4 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher TSC22D4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSC22D4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.

GBM, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where TSC22D4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
