Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSC22D4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,411 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSC22D4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Negative regulation of cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of respiratory burst involved in inflammatory response. Each is linked with TSC22D4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC22D4-to-partner and partner-to-TSC22D4 results are reported.
