TSC22D3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSC22D3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,505 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSC22D3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-28P, RNA5SP412, and RNA5SP462. Each is linked with TSC22D3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC22D3-to-partner and partner-to-TSC22D3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-28P grouped by TSC22D3-low versus TSC22D3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSC22D3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSC22D3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
