Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSC22D2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSC22D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, eEF2, and ERK2. Each is linked with TSC22D2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC22D2-to-partner and partner-to-TSC22D2 results are reported.
