TSC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,411 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPA, BRD3, and PDIA6. Each is linked with TSC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC1-to-partner and partner-to-TSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSC1 versus PTPA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
