Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,361 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUBP3, ASPA, and TPI1. Each is linked with TSC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC1-to-partner and partner-to-TSC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSC1 versus FUBP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
