TSC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,458 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf99, SMARCE1P2, and SBF2-AS1. Each is linked with TSC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSC1-to-partner and partner-to-TSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf99 grouped by TSC1-low versus TSC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
