TSACC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSACC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSACC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-80P, RN7SKP265, and MIR3119-2. Each is linked with TSACC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSACC-to-partner and partner-to-TSACC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-80P grouped by TSACC-low versus TSACC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSACC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSACC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
