Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSACC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,074 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSACC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA 5'-end processing, Positive regulation of vasculature development, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with TSACC in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSACC-to-partner and partner-to-TSACC results are reported.
