Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRUB2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRUB2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TRUB2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRUB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LGG, and LUAD are the cancer types where TRUB2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
