TRUB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRUB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,531 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRUB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, FUBP3, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with TRUB2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRUB2-to-partner and partner-to-TRUB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRUB2 versus PRRC2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRUB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRUB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
