TRUB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRUB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,281 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRUB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83D, SHFL, and CENPA. Each is linked with TRUB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRUB2-to-partner and partner-to-TRUB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRUB2 versus FAM83D in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRUB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRUB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
