Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRUB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,604 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRUB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial tRNA pseudouridine synthesis, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and Nucleosome disassembly. Each is linked with TRUB2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRUB2-to-partner and partner-to-TRUB2 results are reported.
