Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRRAP mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRRAP data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 14 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher TRRAP mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRRAP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

LSCC, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where TRRAP mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
