TRRAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRRAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,176 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRRAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM3_S464, THOC6, and GTF2I. Each is linked with TRRAP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRRAP-to-partner and partner-to-TRRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
