Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRRAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,653 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC45, CENPU, and CCNB2. Each is linked with TRRAP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRRAP-to-partner and partner-to-TRRAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
