Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRRAP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Bcl-2, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with TRRAP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRRAP-to-partner and partner-to-TRRAP results are reported.
