TRPV6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPV6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,339 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPV6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHGDH, SRCIN1_S64, and NAE1. Each is linked with TRPV6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPV6-to-partner and partner-to-TRPV6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPV6 versus PHGDH in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPV6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPV6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
