Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPV6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPV6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 4E-BP1, and PCNA. Each is linked with TRPV6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPV6-to-partner and partner-to-TRPV6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by TRPV6-low versus TRPV6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPV6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPV6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
