TRPV5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPV5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,087 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPV5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, ERI1, and CDCA2. Each is linked with TRPV5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPV5-to-partner and partner-to-TRPV5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by TRPV5-low versus TRPV5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPV5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPV5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
