Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPV5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 778 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPV5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sex-chromosome dosage compensation, Dosage compensation by inactivation of X chromosome, and Regulation of Fc receptor mediated stimulatory signaling pathway. Each is linked with TRPV5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPV5-to-partner and partner-to-TRPV5 results are reported.
