Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRPV2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRPV2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher TRPV2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRPV2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, COAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where TRPV2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
