Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPV2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPV2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with TRPV2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPV2-to-partner and partner-to-TRPV2 results are reported.
