Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,085 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPV1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Establishment of RNA localization, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with TRPV1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPV1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPV1 results are reported.
