Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,021 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are NARF, MICU1, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with TRPM8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM8-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NARF grouped by TRPM8-low versus TRPM8-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
