Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,770 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cilium, Ribonucleoside diphosphate catabolic process, and Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration. Each is linked with TRPM8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM8-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM8 results are reported.
