TRPM7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,424 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MFAP1, PAF1, and RPUSD2. Each is linked with TRPM7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM7-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPM7 versus MFAP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
