Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,361 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX58, CMPK2, and RTP4. Each is linked with TRPM7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM7-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPM7 versus DHX58 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
