TRPM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,355 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3L, YWHAE, and EIF2B2. Each is linked with TRPM7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM7-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3L grouped by TRPM7-low versus TRPM7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
