Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, TFRC, and CD49b. Each is linked with TRPM7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM7-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by TRPM7-low versus TRPM7-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
